Judges - those people who form a view, and then [we hope] try and make it look balanced and fair, however it will neither be balanced nor fair. though when they don't even make it look considered [some are appaling at it], it just gets sloppy. So study their views, and consider humpty dumpty, and the fact that words mean whatever you need them to mean, which is the problem here

no times decented - is the number of times, the judge went against the majority oppinion, this may indicate inter alia a spine, a brain or a strongly held belief and is worthy of study. it may also represent negative views. i.e. prejudice (however the way the courts are going these days, it could be anyones guess... ask the reason why)
