Britain has strategically begun to erode and undermine your basic freedoms guaranteed
under International
law sad but true, not sure how many are deliberately doing it, or if they are
just doing it of sheer incompetence. Perhaps it's just the tabloids fault. It's like we report the prosecutions side, but we never report the defence side,
what's their argument? their defence rarely is anything down without a reason and as for democracy,
they forget the meaning of the word
or perhaps they never really new it, so many people assume democracy rests solely
in the lower house, which lets face it based on the 2005 elections, only 16% of
the nation voted the labour majority in.
what's worse is that many mp's don't even
know what they are voting on, let alone what door to walk through. so perhaps it
really is just the unelected executive which do what ever it wants? What stops tyranny
returning? If the judiciary has to interpret statue, and is unable to throw it out
as ultra vires. what protects the people from the return of Hitler? Stalin or anyone
else for that matter. Tony Blair and his desire to throw out release without
charge, are disturbing developments, and these development aren't just restricted
to the British state.
Peoples fears continue to build across Europe? what is the people's defence to parliaments
gone mad? how do they readdress and ensure their rights are protected? without alternative
organisations such as the ECHR or the federal government we run the risk of those
totalitarian party regimes returning. that is why governments such as the states
came up with the bill of rights, why we signed the ECHR after the war, and why Europe
introduced the charter of fundamental rights, it's to protect the majority from
a parliamentarian minority which is prone to regulate beyond its remit; to enslave
and control the masses. "for there own good" of course, which is perhaps what Hitler
said, when the Jews were enslaved the first time round.
So we must move to defend the freedoms and liberties and protect it from misguided
fools who seek to justify the erosion of freedom. If we ignore it, it if
we let them guilt trip and scare the majority into passing laws to subvert society. no the pretext that "we have to be killjoys" is acceptable (quote from the mother who's exploiting her daughters death on a proposed bill, to impose her view of morality on the nation - in my view evil by any other name and well bdsm, hasn't stopped me being well adjusted and turned out), then things get silly even sillier, we get people locked up for paint ball, and holding
sticks. who regulates what is fair, and what is not. what happens when the courts
start to erode the high standard of proof we always took for granted, what happens
when they remove our access to fair and decent legal represenatation (article 6), what happens
when they seek to strip us of our right to jury trial, then it all goes behind close
doors, no room for escape, no room to speak out, and no one in space to hear you
scream...

When does euthanasia become murder? is
it ever justified, is there ever a way out. do we just sit back and watch our freedoms
get tossed aside, to apathy. do we need something more, perhaps a president perhaps. to hold these states to account. to ensure that proof and the impartiality
and integrity of the judicery is maintained, to ensure we get the liberal judges we
need, which act on the side of caution, for the individual and not the rise of fascism.
perhaps new labour, is new Auswitch, and we scarely miss it. with the eyes in the
sky. looks are deceptive. the courts rulings however show the real storey behind
the scenes. look to them, and see how society really behaves. then compare and contrast
it to the actions on the international scene, and let hypocrisy be the judge.
will that be frowned upon as well? I wounder.. where's the twist and turns lead reading between the lines, and you really have to read between the lines to get
anywhere, as its easy to portray illusion to the masss. using your words against you.
scaring you into silence, as the pigs begin walking, and what a pig is gordon brown,
though in his defence - it is perhaps incompetance in his case. The number two, as we become
the prision state, who is number one? behind the scenes... shhhhhhhhh and listen they say. Two years tape recordings, and we are using words to prosecute, how much
is hate, and how much is a tainted jury pool. so much for love, so much for forgiveness, so much for article 10 and
the right to speak your minds, these prison overloads will go to any length to
ensure that your words no longer matter, that your actions no longer count, lethal
force justified (McCann and Others v UK (1995)) and your right for a trial tossed
aside, as we ignore out fellow man, and persecute and show scorn on religions (article
9) and discriminatory grounds. how proud the British must me, for they love to hate,
they love to fear, and they love to mourn freedom in silence no more. oh for article three, protocol one, where are you. democracy. to vote, who i want to vote for, and not the lesser of two evils...amd a law suit to follow,if they change not the system, as clearly first past the post, is illegal in those words, at least if i have anything to do with it! of course we have the issue of expense but that's not get into that one. 30k for a human rights trial, is look scary for justice for all
what's with the example lark? last i checked no one's listening, no one cares. no
one takes responsibility, unless the press are in the mood, yet Tom Paine
would perhaps have defended the people, now it's all don't do this, don't do that.
attack the symptom, not the cause.
communication matters, trust as well
I can't stand hearing on the news
how people believe its actually a good idea to silence anyone, or that anyone can justify more power to the state, then the individual.
no ruler is above the law, not even bush or blair. we have the un for a reason folks! Please stop the rise of the
fascist
dictatorships gone mad, acting on their own, with scorn for the law, for the are indeed pigs walking on british european soil, and 1984,
back to censorship, back to control, back to fear, and back to the chariot... and well screw that.
What stops the totalitarian regimes from returning? or say the attitude
where we screw the law, lets do it in, and get what we want.

mens rea - Intent, knowledge, i.e. a guilty state of mind
without it a crime can't be commited.
ultra vires - contract beyond it's legal power. check out the lowley lower lower house (parliment),
overstepping it's bounds, in statue.
inter alia - amongst other things (aka i'm passing the
buck, or i have you by the balls, and I don't need to explain anything else..)
mutatis mutandis - when the necesary changes have been
made and carried out..
pursuant - proceeding from and in accordance with |
Actually not a lot considering the amount of
censorship going on in the press, have you tried to get in? know someone, or not at all. buy
them off? how much for media space, dirty rotten scoundrels and not a
wanker to
be found. the truth hurts, so lets just ignore it, plenty of room under
this carpet. shhh says angel Gabriel the bad guy our of prophecy Christopher
walken, fine man) perhaps saying something nice once in awhile, wouldn't go a miss,
encouragement dare we say it.
Wikipedia
and the truth
being rewritten as it goes, egotistical Wankers the lot of them,
my mistake
that was me, they aren't good enough for that. so much for the press, defending
our rights. if anything they are trying to turn us back into the salve states, can't
they couldn't past three. abstract ideas become reality, and a camera doesn't take
much to bleed the sky dry...
An ode, to Theory and may Dicey rest in peace, or not..
one judge who thought
politics, would be intelligent enough to protect the little person, if the
law says nothing on the subject, do what
you want, perhaps short sighted considering parliments ever eager desire,
to regulate and control. literal translation is up for grabs. Michief perhaps, or
make it up as you go along, the purposive approach. what did they intend, and did
they really have the forethought to understand the point under review, hansard says
not. perhaps not ever. Who cares if they get it wrong. The courts do
not, After all they just implement statue, as it was written,
perhaps occasiosnly
interpreting, and reading between the lines as necessary, yet still what were
they thinking? can we really trust the mad hatters in parliament , or was
it the press to blame. quick do something, before they hang us. illconcieved and
perhaps beyond their powers, for freedom suffers when its not questioned by the
individuals concerned, apathy will hang you, if your not careful.
So prepare to defned yourselves, and listen up, look ahead, and see the stratigic
manouvour, least you get cought offguard...
slight flaw, someone panic reacts another manoeuvre, as the little people jump on
board. ready to stealyour rights, an having no idea what they just lost. It
doesn't take them much to get them started. perhaps carol woods, twiddle dee,and
I hope she never gets in,
bloody 20 mile speed limits, and slagging off your competition not that they are
any good, really doesn't set the scene, yet worse
was twiddle dumb and she got in. her votes in parliment prove the point, no forethought,
no knowledge and not hindsight. and the emperor wins again, for the whip was
in control, not they, for no sane man, women or beast votes to end freedom, or at
least one hopes not. yet still they do, perhaps it's the doors. they seem to fail
to work on occasion, that is if the reports in loveland are to be believed, how
anyone can not know what their voting on alarms and worries beyond all doubt, intent
matters and the justification doubly so.
Banning the lap dance of a life time. someone
deserves temptation a chance to open up. and let
them be, trust and well instinct goes a long way, to avoiding the fights on Durham's
streets.
so ever have the urge, to linger and speak, take my advice and follow it up, then
the urge passes as the police, show up. police at last. shame about the victim, their screams for freedom went unheard. no legal advice,
no charge,if the government gets there way, id cards at the ready, and well human
rights are so overrated, expensive at best, no legal cue for you. lets listen in,
and tell it as it is...
perhaps they/we should all learn akido, they are a little rough if they think they can get away with it! from what i saw, or
perhaps the goths just scare them. coppers in a mood, shouldn't takeit out on their
fellow man, perhaps those with issues should be forced to do paperwork inside instead.
The public demands a pleasent face and the rest would be advised not to stand about
and laugh, its not funny, picking on people who can't defened themselves. When
it comes to passive
resistance perhaps a lawyer to protect, before the concentration
camps return, shoes off and time to humiliate, was that article three. or are they
big enough to get past that, assumingthe analagy of the bigger you are,the more
you can ignore the law creeps in,
that's take the piss out of your social, economic, or political background instead. why show sympathy, who needs a trial... we all
do, that's the point. the police are there to keep the peace, not break down relationships
orimpose their political ideals on the populace at hand, the samestandard regardless
of who they are dealing with.
lights
in eyes (strictly never got that far) but neither did passing out, pace or informing
them of their rights when i last checked, of course the coal workers, aren't rhe
brightest bunch, so perhaps some education is in order, for all concerned
both sides of the border.why are the police mocking us, with requests to sign confessions,
surely NIP's by bodies such as the safteypartnerships should well belong with them,
why are the police doing the donky workfor them? its not their remit, and neither
is choosing what to write down on reports, write it as it is, or it will be
laughed out of court. leading the witness is the cross examinations job, not the
polices which is to gather the facts, and investigate all concerned, rather
then mearly the one side of the argument... so until such times they lean the point,
its wise to treat them as the prosecution, and factor accordingly, as they
will filter at will - as their own prejudies will blind them, and neutrality is
not as it was. so politics abounds as some will fight for you, while others against
you...bribary by words... as what's left out says it all.
learn your rights, and protect the peace, or just your own sanity
(make love not war, is also another good
one, if a little out dated, best not go into Iraq! this is supposed to be al legal
discourse, not a political one. *bum tish* only not, and the death toll grows,
ever inward, no one paying attention anymore? perhaps if i whisper it, you'll strain to hear.
incidentally i would have voted liberal if it wasn't for her. cwoods, there is a limit
to how much i can stand, ron it is)
am i the only one, who actually thinks ahead? Robin cook perhaps, or is that
yesterdays news. Again more
politics, back to the law. you remember
that don't you? I wished we all did. Refresh
your minds on the Geneva convection and how its a surrogate
of the European convention and thereby no longer should be ignored by uk law. (treaties,
are traditionally worthless, if not explicitly recorded in statue, but join the dots, and the door is
open, as a reference in the treaty, brings it in, just like the other. perhaps no one, notices, but I sure did)
The original idea was to have a set of rights enshrined
in law, to protect
our freedoms, to stop the flood of tyranny from one leader, and the party whips
-doesnt take much, in this age, education doesn't seem to be at it was, or
is that a symptom of age, you learn more as you progress - so back to freedom,
and loosing the fear, as you being to speak your mind, and roar your voice. censored
at will. But at least you can know when your in the right, and no court can
take that from you, for once you know, you know. So yes liberty exists uphere
in the mind, the rest is the freedom of movement, to go across the world,
and be yourself, free of governments, and free of byogotry. and free to read and
learn. so learn and revise, and teach it well.
after all we [they] have such short memories, and some are prone to forget the past. (not me, very long memory, infinitly vast, keeping score are we? you bet we are!)
and so is Wikipedia
with the amount of redrafting that
goes on, this isn't the knowledge you've been looking for. so out it goes.. and the press forgetting its pluralistic ideas,
and toying the party line, yes sir, three bags full sir, just like the sheep. Shhhhhhhh
says angel Gabriel. (which version, or are they all that bad, often i think they are ;) the actors - who play Gabriel? Christopher Walken was my prefered, the ultimate bad guy
,compared to the devils advocate)
if only i knew, what to do, perhaps if i knew the law, i could start to kick ass.
or know I'm in the right, that's what human rights are for. so you know for sure,
else you can be bullied, conned, and tricked by those slave masters of old, who would
skew the meaning, instead of lay it out, bold.
So here's to the devil, and their slight of
hand.
Two not one European councils. laid to bare.
Err
perhaps I mean three, European councils, it's hard to keep track, but someone might, who knows maybe we will amalgamte. who are we slagging off this
time. can we even count, Luxemburg and Strasburg and how many members? Russia's
in one. love those Russians how can you not when Santa Claus comes running, for you better not tell them the truth, that would undermine the state, such a dodgy
rulling. censoring the truth. underming parents please.come on, next you say we
can't report the facts, incase parliment is undermined, no hope there then, as they
do such an ample job when they speak their minds.

and which one controls us I here you say, neither really and which one did we
vote for? none of them, or technically we did, now, come
to think of it, I don't think we did, did you?. Did you ever remember voting for
the council representative? or what of the president? Temind me what was the
majority again? Nope falling on death ears. is that enough for
war? less then 51% smacks of revolution
to me. even worse at 16. if we take it from the numbers who voted em in! please can we at least pretend to have a democracy...
you have to love the
stats.
not here, this is the law *snigger* not really. its just a fiction, created in
truth, a snapshop one idea, amongst many and well that's all you get at short notice.
notime to sway, so let the propganda comence. beware legal responsibility, another grey area andother rehersal and another leap of faith, no proof required, here,
nothing to see here. trust us. you voted for us, or at least we pretend you did...
because we are a "Democracy" me thinks parliament has mislaid the meaning...
Someone bring
back
Navarre, and let the wars of religion commence. Oh we already have! Sorry How about
peace on earth,
If Paris was worth a mass to end the siege, i feel the devils worth one to save
the world, to end the stupid seige, the hyjacking of law, for terror alone.
and let us dispel the misunderstanding, and misinterpretation of those crappy books. (koran and bible

my jehova witness conversion total is lacking, but meh i'm working on it. as that's our right to convert and sway. thankfully
article 9, swings both ways on that count ;)
don't worry all the articles are laid out
behind closed doors! you don't want the peasants
learning the law, heaven forbid, they might start quoting it, then where would it end...
reasonable government, we cant have that, regulation for regulation sake, please
let it be, undo the mess, and strip it down. one statue, one bill. and leave it
be. oh wait then the people would know where they stand! we cant have that, or can
we know?
ever tried to read a uk statue? it sucks. which is why it's crap and almost destined to fail. why write reams when you can say it in a paragraph as the eu can. (unless you look at diretives, they appeat to have missed the point of federal government, the states enslave, while the government frees and defends, for justice must be blind, and not like the british justice system of late!) go
back to basics, and learn from the
best.
knowledge is power, and the apple is shared. that's my domain, tempted? peace it is,
the devils had it up to here. while god fights it out, boring (she's a needy bitch, never
did get out) she forgets, the link. learn the law, and win the
race.
for the devil is pan, more ever existence,

May we live to see an end to the ministry of truth, and those who censor the freedom of speech, and control the press. The Universe XXI approaches, and
