Remote Projection

when you visualise yourself leaving your body, walking into someone else, and they shudder as though a ghost has walked through them, when you want soeone to move, and you look through them, their back shudders uncontrlably, even thought your outside their prephiral vision, your eyes are closed, and your at a hanuted location, your entire body lights up, ebcause soething has walked through, you lied down, or got your attention. of course it could be your mind, co-operating with your studies.

no matter what, visualising yourself, or something moving, walking through soeone, can have an effec ton someone who is relaxed an open. that kind of lends weight to energy theory, or perhaps suggestion, not sure which. astral projection, and moving your senses to a differnt location, is perhaps a differnt bag of tricks.

theres also the use of closing your eyes focusing on an unknown moving taraget, and attepting to write down, everything you sense, know or feel, these are more military experiments, and are better when you know less, as any knowledge compromises your bility to pick up, ignorance is more accurate, as you can't fill in the blanks.

group work, try and have a person stand up, you across the other room, and visualiste yourself, walking through them, or lifting them up, and see what they sense, akido has this trick in as well, the visualisation of picking someone up, makes it easier to throw them, its not till i was on the psychic course, i made the connection, sensi didn't teach it right, or perhaps didn't understand the link, between the studies.  the origional master, was heavily into occult theory by the looks of it, you don't need to be touching someone to throw them. karati background is wrong theory, yet i digress slightly.

ifind it easier to gostraight to target, and you have to see yourself their, and dong it, others find it easier to walk, so relax and just do it. practice makes perfect, at the very least, it gets you focusing your mind on a specific task. image of person sweting, perhaps thats dont force it.  just relax and see yourself doing it. and it shall be so, tried to tense up, force up akido, when doing the putting hands on shoulders and visulising lifting them up, so didnt work, i wasnt doing the visulisation of them floating into the air, thats the differnce, and thats what sets it apart, and united it with the causality stuff.
