Novel idea: why not cut out government compleatly, take that shared amount, work
for free/part time, and build an income as well - on the side without being penalised as well, as i'm building the sextree for free, and runing it with with less then that coming in (for the last two years) all be it, i am defaulting on debt, taxes and everything else, as i can't pay mortgages either...

Benefit is paid to everyone regardless of age or ability, you set up a trust account at birth for all the kids. which the parents can use for them, and it acts as your pension as well. everyone gets the same.
and you top it up, by employment and work. if the contry brings money in, and we cut costs, we all get a share, if we do poorly, or enter a recession we all suffer and the and the onuce is on you to share the work, and pull together as a team, while keeping the capatilst spirit.

This system, is mealy a mock up of one gareth bowen designed as part of the antichrist for president campaign. It doesn't get implemented, unless you vote him in as president -or something - and it took hours to design (i.e. 3 hours in bed, listening to spirit and a weekend at the computer, at a staggering cost to the tax payer of £0 to date!!! and you know i can implement it as well. (on my own, if need be...).

Allegedly in 1974 the British prime minister, Harold Wilson, told the House of
Commons that from then on the UK government statistics would use the 'short scale'
(i.e., American) system as far as the billion goes.
so unless i'm corrected otherwise the British billion in the budget equals £1,000,000,000
which means we need to cut £200,000,000,000 out of the budget in one year.

According to projections in the Budget: public sector net debt, the accumulated stock of outstanding Government borrowing, will reach £1,370 billion in 2013/14.
Current Projections at the last budget (before they over run again) had them borrowing 700 billion on top of that over that in the next 5 years!!! which is insane, as no company would do that... and they cna't keep rasing taxes to do it as their is no more money there.
Its time to cut costs, and cut them fast, in order to get this country profitable again, as the public sector seems more interested in killing business, then bringing any more money in, and they are doing best to destroy business as well as the nhs, social service have no idea, and no respect for anyone trying to bring money in.
When Labour took office in 1997, debt was £350 billion.
Mr Darling said "Borrowing will be £173 billion in 2010/11". This is not acceptable!!! your a company, you have to reduce costs, and reduce them now before we all get screwed.

i.e. Simply paying the interest on the national debt will cost taxpayers £42.9 billion in 2010/11. That is more than the annual budget of the Ministry of Defence, do you not have brains? we can't support this expenditure, its a complete joke and you have to cut costs now! and cut them fast before more people get hurt in the crossfire, as you can't stick your head in the sand and ignore it now.
I have no issue with making those cuts. and cut i will, as everyone will go if need be, as its going to be across the board, if you can't justify your return on investment, your gone.
This isn't a joke: my car has been stuck on the drive way since January 09, i don't have the money to run it, i can't pay council tax. we have no money coming in for food - and no i have no idea, how i am going to live, when that runs out, which is why i'm working on this - and I've been walking to the shops daily, as i've sacrificed transport entirely, and i have had no choice but to default on all my debt. and i've survived on less then £5100 a year running on the bare essentials only. no thermostats, no tv licence, just the bare minimum to conduct a business, with no money coming in. so excuse me, if i say you can work for free. we have for the last 2 years. now, your going to have to get with the program, or loose your job, your budgets a joke!!!
and you know you can cut at least 40% from all your departments, if you just concentrate... a little harder, before i do it for you, without regard for your own health.
